Welcome to Ghost Together. By using this platform you agree to the following terms. They are straightforward and written in plain language.

Who Can Use Ghost Together

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You must be a real human being. Automated accounts, bots, and fake personas are not permitted.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban or manipulate the platform is not allowed.

What You Can Post

Ghost Together is a community for creative, genuine people. You are welcome to share your writing, art, photography, music, ideas, and everyday life. Keep it real — the platform is specifically designed for authentic human content.

What You Cannot Post

Harassment or hate speech — no targeting, threatening, or degrading individuals or groups based on who they are.
AI-generated images presented as your own work — if you share images or art, they must be created by you. Clearly labeling AI-generated content as such is acceptable.
Spam — no unsolicited promotions, mass-posting, or commercial solicitation.
Illegal content — no content that violates applicable law, including copyright infringement, privacy violations, or illegal material of any kind.
Malware or phishing — no links or content designed to harm, deceive, or compromise other users.
Private information — do not post other people's personal information without their consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of everything you post. By posting on Ghost Together, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the platform. We will never sell your content or use it for advertising purposes.

Inviting Others

When you use the Invite Friends feature to send invitations via email, you represent that you have a legitimate relationship with the people you are inviting and that they would reasonably welcome the invitation. Do not use the invite feature to send unsolicited bulk email.

Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that harm the community, at our discretion. We are a small team — we act in good faith and always err on the side of the community's wellbeing.

The Platform

Ghost Together is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running well but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any loss of data, content, or access resulting from technical issues, outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The effective date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of Ghost Together after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in good faith before any formal proceedings are pursued.
