I told a long time friend/ brother a story. He said I was the r2d2 in that story. Hahahahaha
Went to a river that runs down from glaciers. Tested the water for hiking upstream. It was like rock climbing underwater, big boulders. Fell in. An eagle flew by low over the river. Its mate was upstream on a rock bed eating fish.

The reason I often disable spellcheck on all software when I can is it disrupts the context and is molding language and communication by suggesting more trending words and also I did the time to learn to read and spell. Its good for editing reports and stories when you revisit what you said, but in conversation i spend more time editing what it changes my words to

If GT write comes out visually doable and user friendly I may move all my chapters and stories to this independent platform. Test publishing on Royal Road has shown 1) it is also owned by Amazon 2) no chance of friendly contributions. You are supposed to gather a following and move to Patreon and 3) the algorithms prevent number 2. But you get "rewards" for words published, like a badge, so same as everywhere else. Most popular reads are the same cover and fantasy story over and over like publishing industry. Shopify- same Kindle- same Upwork- same Etsy- same Substack-

One behavior irony: So data has been saying for years water resources (in US) are drying up. Possible, because community reservoirs are not based on rain but snowmelt.
