I wanted to make at least one creepy music video for Halloween

Sometimes I wonder... Are we - the outsiders, the punks, the neurodivergents, etc - really the unusual ones? Or was human civilization as we know it created by and for an even stranger minority?

I finally finished another song from my upcoming album. Maybe not final, but close. I've had it on the back burner for a while, it's different than my usual sound.

Omg I just realized I have the highest community score, second only to the developers. I don't know when that happened, but hooway!

Little WIP. I found out that you can upload multiple audio tracks for a YouTube video, and it gave me the idea to have two connected songs that have the same music video. I plan on this being one of them.

Anyone doing any fun costumes for Halloween? I'm making a dark jester costume, but I might not get it finished in time.

Made a short song the other day. I'm failing at staying focused on the main album, but I'm okay with that as long as I'm still making music. I just wish I was at a point where I was making any money at all from it. It'll happen, but not soon, it seems.

Made an entire song out of a recording of a spoon being dropped, torturing the waveform until it turned into instruments. The lead is a loop of the spoon colliding with the desk, the bass is actually equalized room noise. Percussion is just the impact sounds and mic pops.

So I was talking to a coworker today, then a customer wanted to speak to my manager about me because he "didn't want to hear about homosexuals" while he ate. And what was I talking about? Getting facial electrolysis as a trans woman. This guy's been an issue before, my coworkers won't even tell me the stuff he's said about me it's so bad. He's officially banned, but he's never once been kicked out, and one of my managers is friends with him. This kind of interaction comes with the territory, unfortunately.

I just created an entire 17 minute EP in 7 hours

Instead of a song about the external adversity of being trans, I made one about the internal. I think I want to save this one for the next album.
