The idea is not to use ai to generate, but to make it produce physical labor for building the parts you design yourself. I created a tool for each part of the tree: foliage, branches, textures. I'm still doing the art and decisions, ai is used as a tool to bring it into existince faster.

Modern social media is normalized filth. Somehow, most people are still on it, but it's out of habit, formed connections and simply because there isn't anywhere else to go. It's good tech but really bad at understanding people. Ghost together adds people back into the equation.

@no_identity Good as always. I like the raw experimental vibes. Sometimes finishing or polishing a work can wreck it. (Unless it's done very subtly) That's just IMO.

People and love are trending. That's a good sign. There is 0 algirithm or tampering. Everything is organic and chronological with slight attention weights.

I like how you can continue adding or editing images on an existing post.

@ghost2gether Yes it is. Definitely my MO. I love that indie and outsider films have been making it big in theaters lately - Iron Lung, TADC, Obsession. Gives me hope for the future of creativity.

I've been really motivated to make music lately. I wanted to make a noisy, distorted punk song. The love of my life, @atlas.joan, said my last song sounded more mainstream than the others, so I was inspired to make something that didn't. Can't wait to make a MV for this.

I don't use AI to create slop, but to speed up creation based on my own existing knowledge. There is no way AI will create an empathic scene in a video game, for example. It's good for physically getting things done, rather than just outsourcing "thinking".
