These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ghosttogether.net/loom (the "Site"), operated by Loom. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Loom is a marketplace where independent creators list and sell their own products. Loom provides the platform that connects buyers and sellers, but each store is independently owned and operated by its seller. Loom is not the manufacturer or seller of record for items listed by third-party stores unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Some features of the Site, such as managing a store or messaging a seller, require a Ghost Together account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Product listings, descriptions, and prices are set by the individual seller and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which the seller may accept or decline. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping costs are shown before you complete checkout.
Shipping times and methods are set by the individual seller fulfilling your order. Estimated delivery windows shown on a product page are provided by the seller and are not guaranteed by Loom. Risk of loss for physical items passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except as required by applicable law.
Return and refund policies are set individually by each seller and are shown on the relevant product or store page where applicable. If a listing does not specify a return policy, contact the seller directly through the on-site chat to discuss your order before initiating a dispute.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and legality of the products they sell, timely fulfillment of orders, and responding to buyer inquiries in good faith. Sellers agree not to list counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or misrepresented goods.

The Loom name, logo, and Site design are the property of Loom and may not be used without permission. Product images, descriptions, and other listing content remain the property of the seller who created them, and may not be copied or reused without that seller's consent.
Any messages, reviews, or other content you submit through the Site must be lawful and must not infringe the rights of others. By submitting content, you grant Loom a non-exclusive license to display and use that content as necessary to operate the Site.
The Site and all listings are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Loom does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing or the conduct of any buyer or seller. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any transaction between buyers and sellers.
You agree to indemnify and hold Loom harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us before pursuing formal legal action.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
